Company represents European based manfucturer's of scientific instruments. Handle all aspects of sales, marketing, service, etc. in North and South America.
Company wishes to purchase synergistic companies with manufacturing capacity as it's next growth strategy.
This strategy will allow for both growth, global expansion and quicker product development.
In this market, there are a significant number of companies making state of the art products with no sales / distribution sense.
Currently, there is a need for financing in order to acquire two companies. All entities have substatial EBITDA returns, relatively speaking.
