Description:
Events Extraordinaire has been planning events for 4 years as a sole proprietorship. By word of mouth we have developed a brand locally. From our market research there is no event planning service in this county, nor in the surrounding three counties. With the lack of competition and the cooperation of the Wedding DJ services to exchange business; we feel that we would be extremely successful and be able to establish a stronghold on the event planning industry.
Our main focus has been non profit fundraisers, but we have done private parties for individuals as well.
At this point to move forward, we are seeking capital to incorporate, as well as establish a non-profit division(with 501(c)3 status) for our fundraising events that we plan.
We also are at a point where in order to take on more business and promote ourselves to the next level, we would need an equipment upgrade as well(computers, phones, ect).
Our goal is to take this from a "side business" effort and put it into a full time business.
