Description:
“The Project” (not to be named here) is a directory-based search engine and web portal that seeks to provide the world with an “Easier… More Enjoyable… and Much More Fun and Exciting” way, for web surfers everywhere to Explore the world of Magazines, Periodicals, and Media Online.

With 154 categories that span the full-range of the informational and media spectrums, this “Ultra-Cool” media resource has something for everyone. From Literature to Lowriders… Fashion to Fusion… Science to Séances… Business to Bicycles… --- We want to become people's interstellar internet taxi cab company of sorts, that gets them around to all of the best places in the internet universe... faster, in one piece, and in grand style.

Up to this point, “The Project” has been under largely part-time development (if you can call 50-60 hours a week --- “part-time” ) by the concept’s founder, for nearly two years. However, we are now to the point with the site’s development, where it is just about time to begin contacting magazine publishers and other potential advertisers, to introduce them to the site --- and now need to get some seed money in place, to actually finance the startup of those business operations.

As the Founder, CEO, and Director of Development for “The Project”, as well as the developer and guardian of the concepts on which the project has been built --- I am especially looking for Angels with experience and contacts in the magazine, print media, other media, or advertising industries, who can maybe help me in putting together a proper startup team for the project, as well as in putting some finishing touches on some of the industry-specific aspects of the business plans.

What I have now is:

1.) A Strategic Plan for “The Project”…
2.) Registration of the business as an LLC...
3.) A Working Prototype with links to more than 3,000 magazines and other media types and websites, that is ready to be converted to a working product…
4.) A currently incomplete Business Plan. --- Although I have an excellent understanding of the business and marketing concepts, the strategic plans, the competition, the staffing requirements, the costs associated with fielding and growing the required organization for servicing the business, etc. --- I would like to have a slightly better understanding of the magazine publishing industry, the current advertising marketplace, and how magazine publishers truly think in the current climate of that marketplace --- before I can actually call the business plans complete. (I will be gathering the required information and completing these plans, in the coming weeks.)
--- and…
5.) I have a dedication to seeing this new “Web Experience” brought to market --- even though I have no money (only time and perserverence) to currently invest in it.

What I need now is some Seed Capital. So, If you are an Angel Investor and “The Project” sounds like something you would be interested in helping to get off the ground, and invest in --- by all means, respond by sending me a message.

Depending on your background and current employment affiliations, Non-Disclosure/Non-Compete Agreements may need to be signed before more specific information surrounding “The Project” can be relayed to you.

If you're a magazine publisher, an authorized representative of a business that might be interested in advertising on such a resource, or someone who might wish to ask me questions pertaining to their business projects, or retain my services in some other respect... I would love to hear from you, as well.

The URL and password for accessing the Pre-Launch Development Version of the site will be relayed to responders after completion of a screening process.

Thank You for your time and consideration, and have a wonderful day.
