Seeking Private Loan for Buyout

Description:
I control private investments locally and overseas in various projects and properties (mainly small venture capital and real-estate). I have two types of private investors.

1) Shareholders with me that accept financial risk for our projects, in return for high reward.

2) Capital lenders that take on ZERO financial risk, and are paid monthly interest (Roughly 25-30% annually).


Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our private investment lenders is requesting to withdraw their capital. This has nothing to due with confidence in our company because as a private lender, they are paid interested based on capital with absolutely ZERO financial risk. Whether the investments succeed or fail, dividends are paid monthly to these investors. They are requesting a withdraw due to family / personal reasons which have absolutely nothing to do with us.

With that said, I am seeking a private lender / investor who is interested in providing us an investment loan with no financial risk and receiving a steady monthly interest payment (payment frequency can be negotiated). I am offering an average of 2.5-3% paid out monthly. I have had other investors ask me to compound the interest, which is something I am not willing to do for various reasons. The main one being that after the capital is provided; I have no need or interest to compound your interest into further projects.

This is a serious and solid business loan. The amount I am seeking is upwards of 500k. However I understand that is quite a significant amount. Serious inquiries of 50-100k will be considered. We can begin immediately. If you are interested in a safe, risk free investment with a decent payout, please contact me. We can draft up contracts with YOUR lawyer of choice so it’s all in writing with amount, terms and interest. Loan / investment term I am seeking is 24 months. But this can be negotiated in the contract.

Please do not contact me if you are a mortgage / LOC broker, Nevada shelf corp provider, or some international scam artist. I prefer someone local to Vancouver BC, but if not, must be in Canada. I will not deal with anyone outside of Canada. Serious inquiries ONLY!!
