Global Energies, Inc. is a three year old Company with a front office geared towards the Agricultural Retail market where we offer Utility size tractors and implements for our local market. We have opened two remote locations through experienced retail companies and expect to open two more over the next year.
This "Retail" segment of our business was specifically initiated and intended to provide for overhead costs related to the building and operating expenses we incur but has fallen short over the past 6 to 8 months as we transitioned to a larger and more costly facility in order to expand and further develop our R&D side for Alternative Energy.
Angel Investment is needed to help expand our current development and market entry of an Alternative Energy system we have been working on for two years; our Water Current Generator.
This is a unit capable of providing an energy source for an underwater Desalination System, a Water Purification System and/or Pumping System and/or Irrigation Pumping System and/or Energy (Electricity) Production System or a combination of any or all systems combined using the current of a water feed stream only.
With a 3 MPH water flow the Water Current Generator will producing 19,000 Ft Lbs of Torque. One must remember this production will be 24/7 and require very little maintenance and no physical on-site monitoring.
Global Energies, Inc. (GEI), has just received back an 8 month “Independent Engineering Study” which has helped us fine-tune some of the efficiencies and material costs and concerns we had related to the production and marketing aspects of our unit. These Engineering studies will continue as we grow our System and continue our R&D analysis of performance, adaptability and market requirements; all of which will lead to higher profits and functionality of our products.
Global Energies, Inc. currently has a Swiss Partner Company who has developed the submerged desalination system as well as the purification systems that will be used. They have also helped bring together the innovative pumping process and partners. All are tied to the development and deployment of our unified systems. Our Demonstration unit is expected to be complete within the next 6 weeks.
Patents have been applied for three of our applications/systems.
Funding to help complete the current Demonstration Unit and provide for various onsite demo/testing initiatives as well as help GEI gear up it’s projects for production is required in the amount of $438,750.00; however, in truth, we seek a larger stakeholder who will explore the possibilities of a much larger participation level which could all lead to extraordinary returns in a fairly short run. One simply has to consider the World’s need for fresh potable water in any capacity and provided through all and complete green methodologies.
An Executive Summary and Business Plan will be provided to serious investors who can and will accept the terms of our NDA and can validate their interest level and intentions.
